Hello all,

May be a silly question but I've always been told that the silliest question is the one that you don't ask..

I would like to book an any seat award in U class for a one way flight per-kta. I currently do not have the required points (due to a technical glitch with EDR) so I would like to use my wife's account to book this flight(already used family transfer earlier this year).

My question is, am I able to make this booking for myself but on her behalf(she doesn't have as much spare time as I do ).

Thanks for your input.

Yes, your wife can use her points to book a flight for any eligible family member. Please note the dedicated number for such bookings (1300 366 587) is available 24/7.
