I am looking at booking a ticket on jetstar Asia from coughet to Kuala Lumpur. It appears to have a 6 hr layover in Singapore. Does the baggage get automatically transferred and can I leave the terminal for a few hours whilst waiting for the next flight. It is all on one ticket with one baggage charge so I assume your baggage would get transferred to your next flight but if anyone who has done this flight can let me know for sure that would be much appreciated.
Thanks,

My view is that it is Jetstar International to Jetstar International, so you should be covered. If you do twitter, confirm with @JetstarAirways.

Good luck!

If its on the one PNR then yes the baggage will be automatically tagged to the final destination. If its on two separate PNR's, even both JQ pnr's, then its a YMMV.
