Booking Class Question [Multi City]

Not flown much this year and need 90 SC to continue my lowly Qantas Silver Status.
I am planning a quick 2 week trip to China.

On the Qantas website I can search for Return flights and get Sale, Saver and Flex columns.
Each one has different SC and points and prices etc.when you highlight the fare you want.
I would probably need Saver to get enough SC from the trip...and also hope the upgrade fairy appears which cant happen on Sale.
I understand this.

When I go to Multi City booking, these terms disappear and I get Economy or Flexible.
Economy is cheap, on Flexible prices go beserk, Business Class maybe?
I need to fly into PEK and out of PVG.

How do 3 types turn into 2 types of Fares?
How do I find the Saver fare I need?

Is there an easy button to use to find out SC and upgrade ability under the Multi City option?
Am I doing something wrong?

Maybe I am just too tired....will look again in the morning.

I found with international, booking into the different fare buckets (ie red-e and flexi) wasn't possible online. You need to call and do it over the phone and insist they waive the phone fee since you can't do it via the website.

Thanks...seems a bit weird you cant book the class you want.
Travel agent has the headache now.

It appears to be a limitation of the multi-city tool. Others have had success in booking over the phone and getting the fee waived.
