Booked Jetstar with Qantas points - no eticket yet.

I booked a Jetstar flight with Qantas points classic rewards. Credit card has been charged & points deducted. But no eticket- it’s been 4 days. I’ve called Qantas twice. Jetstar telling me the payment is outstanding, so I currently can’t book seats etc. has anyone had a similar experience? If so how long until you got your eticket? Thanks.

I've had that issue a couple of times, booking a mixed Qantas/Jetstar points booking. It all looked good when I checked the booking from my Qantas account, but not from my Jetstar account. It took about 5 days for the Jetstar side to show the right info - like baggage included, I could select seats etc.
