Booked ba flying aer lingus, seat allocation?

Wondering when I book my seats as above. Flying birmingham - Dublin. There isn't anywhere on ba site to book, there is on aer Linus, unable to do so.

I know you need to call BA for Aer Lingus redemption with Avios. Not sure about seats though
