I am trying to book 3 J fares from CMB -MEL with sri lankan air through QFF but I am not getting Colombo as an option in the Departure city field.
Is there any way around this? can i call and book over the phone?
on another note is there any way to book Sri lankan air through any other partner airline?

In the multi city booking enter another city pairing for the first flight (can be anything)
Just had a quick look and no availability on UL on that route in J at all

If it was available , how would I book if I did not want to book the first city pairing ?

Id also have a back-up plan as UL are financially in a rather perilous situation at the moment (along with the whole country)

If availability for the leg you want is showing you would need to ring up and book
Thanks

Would I be fine if I booked and my flight was in 10 days ?

Not to put anyone off, but id be thinking carefully about booking UL sadly.
The country's (and by default the airlines) financial position is precarious at the moment sadly.

I hope they survive, ive always enjoyed flying with them

Is the biz class service and menu good ?

I’ve always had really good food but the service can be hit or miss. All in all I think they have a pretty good product and would happily fly them again so sad what is happening over there
It is very sad, and unfortunately politically created.

I'm still waiting for a refund of a couple of thousand $$$, but I'm not holding my breath. I could covert it to a voucher, but would I be able to use it?

And yes, I do like the UL business class on the 333's, and their lounge at CMB is quite interesting as well. Good food and the champagne is OK (or it was).

Do you think the situation will affect travel in general to/from Sri Lanka?
Looking at some flights around October and some interesting routes with good prices originating in CMB
