Book a flight and Extend Current status to 2022

Well I should have qualified for the status credit rollover (March membership year) but my status credits are currently showing as "zero". Has anyone else's rollover status credits posted yet?
In same boat. Confirmed on my digital card that status is extended, but no roll-over credits yet. Not too worried though. I'll get to use the benefits for the next 12 months, although I'll probably drop down a tier from April 1 2022 (unless Qantas offers some extra support to us March's...).

I've got the congratulations you've retained banner too, so happy about that. I don't have any SCs to roll over, as I did no paid flying for the whole membership year  (for the first time in at least 20 years) and I assume you had to earn SC for rollover rather than just the statuskeeper SC?

I wonder if you will actually receive any status credits? The qualifying flight renewed your status, therefore your digital QF card should show status expiry 31 March 2022. Nowhere has it been written IIRM that you will receive SCs into your account. 🤔

I actually requalified for Gold status without needing the status extension offer (I ended up on around 700 status credits in my last membership year, with only 600 needed to renew Gold). But as I also took an eligible flight for the status credit rollover offer, I would expect 250 SC to be "rolled over" to my new membership year. The rollover and the status extension are two different things (see https://www.qantas.com/au/en/freque...us/status-support.html#status-credit-rollover)

@Seat0B, no, the StatusKeeper and StatusBoost freebies don't count towards the rollover.

It's written here
Status credit rollover

Expecting it to happen as I have sufficient flights and SCs to requalify WP and attain the max rollover. 🥳 About 75% flying but a handy boost in the bad old days from BP, Qantas Hotels, Red Energy and so on. A combination of dumb luck, travel exemption and assiduous scrutiny of AFF.

Just got 500 SC rollover support :) I thought I would get a bit less, so its a good surprise, on top of that it goes to the lifetime tally. This status rollover got activated with classic flight rewards btw.

I got my 500 SCs as well, but are you sure yours counted towards lifetime status? It’s not supposed to, and mine definitely didn’t.

Indeed. At first sight, it looks like it count, cause I have 500 "earned this year" in the wheel section (red part), and I don't have the 100 Points Plus club rollover also earned this year. So it really feels like it count.

But indeed, the total I have is missing 500 points, when I add my total from 1 year ago (I found a screenshot, I forgot to take one 2 days ago), and what I earned last year (minus last year 100 points plus club).

So it doesn't count.

Can I ask what your 500 SC were comprised of? Would there have been any ground SCs (credit cards etc) or last year's Points Club rollover in the mix?

For me, I had 480 flight SCs and 20 ground (BP and Woolworths)

Earnt a loyalty bonus right at the end so I’ve credited it in this membership year, and together with the flight I did yesterday I’m sitting at 560 SCs on day 2. Not bad.

+1's membership year ends March 31 and her Platinum status has been extended for another year.

As of 31 March she had 940 status credits in her account, NONE of which came from flying. Her account now has 500 which have come from the rollover. So 700 more to extend her WP from March 2022 to March 2023. I don't want to sound greedy but I wonder whether there will be any further support if the border restrictions remain into next year.

Last year, I got ~110 flying and ~270 on the ground. Not sure how I got 500 SC rolled over. Might come from the 100 Points+club rollover of last year, status boost, status support, Qantas generosity, or a bug.
We need more data points. Anyone didn't get the maximum points rolled over so far?

Maybe it was just too hard to do the calcs. IIRC, StatusKeeper credits weren't supposed to rollover.

Is this my cue to grizzle about earning my rollover the hard way?

My status credit rollover also posted this morning. They must have processed them all at the same time.

I'm pretty sure these don't count towards lifetime status (nor should they).

I only earned 197 SC last year, so there was nothing to roll over. March-December FFers certainly received a LOT of gifted SC. Jan/Feb folk received the year extension, but no SC to go towards Lifetime levels apart from the one-off 50% bonus. I’m not moaning: happy and thankful to still have status.

I do wonder what will happen towards the end of this year though, but I already have enough bookings to retain WP. AND.....lifetime silver! Yay. 🤣
