Hi,
I’m interested to know, at what level do the airport staff at Brisbane switch from being from the ground handlers (Swissport) to SQ employees?
Had excellent service from the check-in staff up to Ben who was handling two phones from check in agents (and others) with issues and other complex matters whilst also sorting things out for our booking in person.
