Have the short term parking charges also gone up? Sounds about right for the walk to get longer and the prices to get higher!

I presume the space is required for the terminal extension plans?

So pretty much as long a walk as the long-term. Lucky I’m never there for a short enough period of time.

Am I to understand they’re closing the short-term carpark to build a multi-storey short-term carpark? A good upgrade in the long run if it’s the case.

Yes its a new multistorey carpark, not sure what they will do with the hire cars, maybe we have to walk to the international to collect them in the interim

It's also to progress thwe road works so that pax dont need to cross at ground level (allowing better traffic flow through pickup/dropoff).

Don't forget the incompetent, bean-counting powers to be have delayed the major improvements of BNE D to at least 2015 or 2017.

Not sure what they were before, but for the new ParkQUICK and ParkSHORT, it's $2.00 for 15 minutes and $6.00 for 30 minutes. $13.00 for one hour.

No change. They've been that much as long as I can remember.
