BNE Marketplace - Duty free liquidation?

Got a couple of identical emails from BNE today, Usually they send me parking discounts, but no more. This looks like duty free stock that may become obsolete, or just a new way to push formerly duty free merchandise perhaps.

Based on the current pricing, mostly it's to get some revenue while not lowering the profit margin, can't see any good deals there even with the discount.
