Well 1000 points posted… I guess a half win? They’re absolutely hopeless.
 
Been fighting with binge about this (as have a few friends).

Seems binge haven’t applied the bonus points for anyone. I’ve been in touch and they’ve said they’ll manually apply them, however “you’ll need to get in touch with us on 1 November”. They’ve then said the account would need to be active on 1 November, hence requiring a second months payment. Total breach of their own terms and conditions, however dealing with their staff (clearly offshored) is like speaking to a brick wall.

Which I'd known this before I signed up. I also haven't yet received any points and have since cancelled.
