Annoying Passengers

I Just came across this story and was in stitchers, I had to read from start to finish "Some passengers stuck on a delayed flight started passing angry notes back and forth to each other yesterday. Then it got violent."

Elan did well highlighting the strongly self-centred nature of "7A" however he could've stayed away from the whole "EAD" routine.

EAD ?

If he was as concerned for the FAs as he claimed to be he wouldn't have escalated it on board. The first part of the first note with or without the wine would have been sufficient.

Some people you just can't win/ have the last word with, and these 2 are both those.

Kind of funny until that point, which is when he crossed the line.
IMHO Elan and Diane are as bad as each other.
