On 31st March I paid $1850 for 10 $200 eGift cards which sounded really good......but I still don't have them despite contacting Groupon more than once. I think I will cross them off my supplier list.

Still no sign of mine either. Was cutting some slack with Easter but will have to chase noe

Everyone else seems to have received their BigW gift cards.
I hope you get yours soon andye.
Sounded pretty good but the Swiss owned Groupon might get a credit card back charge from me if they don't supply by the end of this week.

I was going to get the Penfolds 707 in a six pack as the 707 is better than the Grange.
Das ist nicht gut Groupon! Might have to drop in on them in Switzerland to test my schoolboy German!

Yes the 707 wine maker is a star in my opinion. I did meet him during a recorking clinic for Grange.

Still no cards - can one of you other guys waiting call to check what the delay is? I'm kinda busy here :D

It's a hard one, isn't it, you want to chargeback to punish them, but there isn't another 7.5% offer out currently!
I got mine from the entertainment book, but I buy it anyway for the dining and to support the zoo.

Still nothing for me either CE. Groupon are turning out to be a bunch of f...wits if you want my opinion.

I have more BS from them and calling is not working. I have multiple calls and emails and to be honest I may start using four letter words to help/impress them with my command of English swear words.

Yes, only buy frivolous things from them. I read yesterday about 3 people booking a cruise and making all their arrangements, and then one of those group buying sites unceremoniously cancelled it they'd overbooked and gave them a $20 extra to make up for it.

Yeah I've had nothing but trouble when actually having to contact Groupon. I actually spent 45 minutes arguing with someone who refused to put me onto a supervisor however was adamant that they weren't refusing to put me onto a supervisor....

ADMA who are the ombudsman type group for group buying make Telstra look competent so it's not going to improve.

Overnight my 10 $200 BigW eGift cards arrived by email. They were ordered and paid for on March 31st and QCU CC fraud team called to check that transaction seeing it was Groupon in Switzerland.
I feel I have saved a lot.......of four letter words I was planning to use on them.....rather than the $150 actual tax free saving.

It seems that Groupon are not the way forward so does anyone else have any discount options above the basic 5% that's available?

Only other ongoing option seems to be Entertainment Book. There are sometimes short-term offers from various places noted on OzBargain, but Groupon seemed to be the most common.
