What's the best way of contacting a human being at Singapore Airlines directly for purpose of obtaining a quote for Perth-Barcelona-Perth flights in either premium econ or business but paid for with money for economy and then Krisflyer points for upgrade thereafter? Tried, but online booking functions don't appear to want to price flights this way, so need human intervention.
Is filling out their contact us/help form located at https://www.singaporeair.com/get-help/seats the best way to get hold of them without spending all of the rest of eternity on phone hold? Have done this already but they're saying they won't reply for 15 days, which is rather extreme.
