hello! I didnt stat in Citadines, but my friend did. He said its nice, so maybe u should think about it. good luck!Hi all
I have to book a bunch of people into a Sydney airport hotel just for the night as we bump out early the next day.
Ideally one walking distance from domestic terminals. People staying are fit cats so won’t care about a 15 min walk or so and will have very light hand luggage only.
Want the best hotel possible ideally (these people aren’t used to slumming it!) but well aware everything close to the airport isn’t exactly 5 star.
Only other pre-req is that it has good sound proofing. I’ve stayed at the Mantra and the sound proofing was terrible.
Thanks for any thoughts - would be super helpful.
PS Has anyone stayed at the Citadines??

Thanks, ended up using Pullman which was ok
You can walk to Pullman from Domestic; about 15 or 20 minutes. How did you get to/from the Pullman and which terminal?
There is a shuttle to all these hotels for $7 per person, which is good for a solo traveller or couple. It is put on your hotel account. Or walk 10 mins, as Citadines and Pullman are so close. For families or groups there would be better options such as taxi and Uber. Now to hear how Jake moved his mob.How did you get to/from the Pullman and which terminal?

One shuttle but does many hotels in the area. You ring the Shuttle Service to book on arrival pick up, but the driver gives the chit to your hotel to bill your room. You book pick up with your hotel, they bill your room and you give a chit to the driver. Super Sydney Shuttle (02) 9697 2322. $7. They seem pretty frequent, but I would be guessing every 15 minutes or so during busy times. Is it one bus that services multiple or each hotel has its own? Any idea how frequently they run? Finally, since it is charged to your room, how does that work with airport pick-up? Do you need to pre-book?
