Best SIM card for Malaysia

Hey,

I will be traveling to malaysia this month and i require a provider with great coverage and heaps of data that won't break the bank. Any recommendation would be very helpful.

I'm sure there are plenty but I have always used Hotlink and am happy with cost, call rates, data and 4G speed....there is a store at the airport and KL Sentral where the KLIA express pulls up

I think Digi, Celcom and Hotlink (Maxis) are LLC pretty similar in coverage. u-Mobile is a bit behind regional areas but all are fine in cities

Just be careful that any data packs etc are properly loaded before starting to use it you will chew data quickly.

Most of the stores at klia/klia2 will have a special Inc data where they will do all the codes etc for you

I've always found Maxis (Hotlink) to be good and has good coverage overall.

Don't bother with Digi or Celcom.

Go Maxis. It's like the Telstra of Malaysia. Excellent coverage, fast speed.
Sims are easy to buy on arrival
