BA often have this seat removed and the seat behind is then great and lots of leg room :)
But not all BA 747's are like this only some.
I would hate that seat, i think it is terrible, actually i hate the exit seats on night flights when i want to sleep, too many people around and disturbing, for day flight like over to PER from MEL/SYD its great.

Ah, timely bumping of thread! Jogged my memory to check our seats for the Chrissie trip back to Oz.

After tossing up being upfront with a spare person, or with just the two of us down the back, yours truly and the better half will living it large in 71A,B. I figure that Immigration queues back to Aust are more tolerable than those of LAX (hah!), so down the back we go.

Now to work how to wangle QP access for Dec after my SG expires in 2 weeks<sigh>
