Hi all

Just returned from the UK with some money that was owed to me in GBP (a couple of grand) and keen to get it changed to AUD.

Any suggestions for the best exchange option? Advice much appreciated

Cheers

You came through customs with a couple of grand in cash? Yikes...

Where are you based?

I use the UAE Exchange, they have various outlets in Westfields City and Market City (Paddys). I have done a few online checks with banks, travelex etc and the UAE exchange has always won.

tried a couple of UAE outlets in Syd last week to change CNY and found their rates to be the same as travelex

KVB Kunlun probably a better option
