Best options to Europe on VA, QF & EK

Hi

Im going to Europe in June and just wondering what some suggestions may be from people about best routing options that take the following into account.
I am a VA plat, EK gold, QF silver. Have approximately 230k VA points, 500k QF points so would like to prefer to burn as much of these as possible. Would like a stopover fora few nights in Hong Kong outbound, and Singapore on return. Ultimately need to leave from Sydney (or BNE or MEL) and final destination is Warsaw , Poland. Would like to maximize baggage allowances, and be able to use lounges where possible.
Travel in mid-June, two adults 1 child.
What suggestions do people have?

Fotgot to add, looking to come to oz back early, mid-August.

And actually it needs to be 1 adult and 1 child, as work will pay for my flights, so will need to arrange these flights using points if possible and then book the same set as a regular ticket.
