Best economy seats on QF 747 (and which 747 variant will QF fly to DFW)

I was in 43H SIN-BNE yesterday and it was a good although my shoulders got bumped over and over from crew rushing through the curtain between premium economy and economy. No vacant seat though.

Nothing wrong with this seat and my preference would still be for 40DG but it is risky if bassinet is required.

No 43 through to 47 available in my BNE SIN flight. Is 56 any good for a party of 3 or is there limited recline?
