I might be visiting Malaysia soon and need to withdraw Ringgit. What ATMs should I use there?

Any it seems, no ATM fee seems to be charged - today I used a "CIMB" bank ATM at Ampang Park light rail station with no issues.

Agree, no issues with any ATM so far in KUL when it comes to no fees.
 
Has anyone tried this card in France? On their website it doesnt list France as a participating country. Will be there for a couple of weeks in April.

Thanks to all for your comments. Will definitely get Citi Plus for cash withdrawals & use my 28 D for purchases.

Thats exactly what I will be doing. No points admittedly but even at 2pts per $ the 3%s will add up.
 
Who cares about points when you have the ability to withdraw exactly what you need cash wise at great FX rates and not end up with an excess on leaving the country.
