Yes, they are there but some are just dire.

Right, so today was Namak Mandi in Tooting. Late lunch at 3pm but it was heaving with people!

We had the chapli kebab, 1/2 kg lamb karahi, mixed grill, mango lassi and super sized Afghan naan. Total bill came to £48.43 (not including tip) for 3 people and we were all absolutely stuffed, boxing up some to take away.

Alright so tonight was Yak & Yeti in Crystal Palace. Just after leaving home we came across some lovely autumn columns on our way to the bus stop.

We arrived early so went for a wander around.

It wasn't too busy in there. The momos tasted pre cooked which was a shame as we were used to freshly cooked when were in Nepal last year. Tasty enough but 4/5.

A few papadoms to start with also and then onto the mains.

Mrs FB being a vegetarian had some boring paneer curry ;) but the sauce was nice. Our friend had a Gurkha chicken curry.. was ok .. but I had the Timur Piro Chicken which was delicious! Everyone else agreed. Had a good chat the guys working there before we left, reminiscing of our trip last year.

Total bill for 3 including 2 bottles of house wine was a very respectable £70 including tip. 25% off on food at the moment.
