Best CC to take overseas to keep fees down

Excluding interest rates, is the bankwest zero platinum any better or worse than 28 degrees? Or is it slitting hairs?

Some on this forum have had trouble with BW lately. I haven't personally, nor have I any experience with 28 degrees, but be sure to also compare the insurance policies (eligibility requirements, excess, limits per claim), the number of interest free days, process for overseas replacement, ability to have additional cardholders, etc.
