So considering flying with son , Dil and Dil sister with two toddler grandchildren
First two weeks of Dec 22
Husband and I will , hopefully, be using up some points and travelling business
Don't have enough for all of us to fly business . Daughter in Law would much prefer to save the money and travel economy (yes we would be paying but I know she would much prefer to shop lol )
Wondering if there is a particular airline that has decent amenities and suchlike for small children ? Or should we just buy best fare of the day ? Also considering premium economy.

To where? (and from where?)

If to Europe JAL is offering premium economy to London from Sydney for AUD2711 return, and to other European ports (no luxury tax!) for AUD2300.

This comes with lounge access at all airports included in the fare :) There is a long layover in Tokyo on the outbound flight only... depart Sydney 815am arrive Tokyo 5pm and continue the next morning at 10am. The day flight and timing might suit? Coming back it is 25 hours with just a couple hours in Tokyo. Japanese airlines are pretty good with kids from what I've seen, even in economy. Singapore Airlines would also be near the top of the list.

Sorry I forgot to put the title in the text :)

Flew Asiana on that route a few years ago. Staff were excellent with kids. Of course they don't look after them but they were helpful when needed and helped ease the inevitable anxiety that comes from travelling such a long trip.

Broke up the outbound with a overnight in Seoul. Similar arrangement to the JAL fare mentioned above.

Sorry,
It really depends on whether best for families with toddlers or whether best for non toddler attached passengers…😂.
