I too distribute from Dan M's to my my place near weekly xx_X and White's for Mrs. Lime, we do lots of entertaining and buy so much so they should make us life members :)

even at wholesale these guys are a dear proposition.
import costs notwithstanding, craft beer is in a class of its own.
the flavours are amazing . The Baltic Porter is seriously good an at 9.5% ABV , not for the faint hearted.

I had a call from a guy in Sydney today. He bought one of my beers and wanted to talk about how to store it and basically chew the fat about it. It's really cool to have a "Dan Base"

I'm a huge fan of porter for the colder months but to answer prozac's question in this case it does get better with age. Not true for your average beer but definitely true for some.

You would be able to get a dark barleywine per chance, this was the best "beer" I ever had.

Not in my fridge. It simply wouldn't last that long. ;)

I'm not familiar with that. Give me some more info and I will check.

Another use for porter.

That surely depends on how much you buy. That would have been the case for me with wine many years ago, now I have a significant stockpile.

Off to NZ tomorrow. Looking at two NZ craft brewers to represent here in Oz.
