Yep, looks like Telstra have gone the way of Optus and others. No more 1c transactions.

Well that's it for me then!! I didn't mind contributing $15 a month to a family member's telstra bill, but my generosity doesn't extend to $1500 a month

The thing has ended. Previously, we had various payees change their methods to eliminate small payments, as Telstra has now done.

But BW still kept paying out their QFF points.

Now the bank itself has woken up, and has cracked down hard on paying bills in arbitrary increments. 1c, a dollar, ten dollars, it doesn't matter; the crime is settling amounts that would normally be paid in a single payment in many.
