Bangkok Hotel

Has anyone stayed at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit in Bangkok?

Any tips?

I noticed they have a VIP service where they greet you at the aerobridge and escort you through customs and immigration and then to the hotel limo.

I'm flying there in StarClass with JetStar from MEL.
