Can anyone give me some info about them. Need to fly from Bangkok to Koh Samui and they have a good deal at the moment

Also, I did a mini-review as part of my TR on the same leg - on both an ATR and A319. Cheap web fares, economy lounges at both BKK and USM, small but decent food / drink service on board, and comfortable seats (especially good if you use web checkin well in advance of the flight). As a FlyerBonus member (free) you also get an increased baggage allowance to 30kg. Ideal airline for short haul leisure routes.

They definitely have an open lounge for economy passengers in BKK. I thought they were pretty good, and they're much easier to deal with than Thai.

Flew with them last week BKK-REP (Siem Reap, Cambodia)-BKK. Both flights on A320's. The flight time is less than 35 mins (and the cruise altitude was only 22000/23000), however they still offered a meal service with beer, tea or coffee. Lounge in BKK is excellent (given it's free). Nothing flashy, but a few snacks, drinks and tea/coffee as well as WIFI and a few internet stations.

I believe the only difference between the intl and domestic service is a charge for the beer (from memory it was something like 90THB, so less than $3)

I've used them heaps of times and never been let down.

This is a great website, isn't it. I can't believe how quickly questions are answered, and some of the advice has saved me lots of money.
