Baggage Platinum companion

Morning, quick question as I’m at the airport and cannot find the required info ….
Platinum flying domestic with bronze. Checked in 4 bags but got charged excess for bronze 2nd bag.
I thought if bronze was on my booking that they got the same baggage allowance as me ??

If I’m correct, can you show me where to find info so I can follow up.

Your Platinum baggage allowance does not carry over to other passengers travelling with you. The excess baggage charge is valid.

Thank you for your reply. I rarely have checked baggage but had my daughter with me and she had lots !!
