Bad time with MAS

I believe the cryptic answer is in my post #32 above....

I would have said obvious, not cryptic. :shock:

After doing the Haj in Mecca and coming back on the plane...... I think if you read between the lines of my answer, I am sure you will find that my answer is the obvious cryptic answer to your cryptic answer in post #32.:shock::confused::lol:
 
It's like the health system........can never cater for all eventualities I guess. I would have thought they would have called on their local agents to assist, I would presume QANTAS??

Used to be QANTAS who did the ground handling for MAS, but it is now Menzies (well in MEL and SYD atleast)

Toll Dnata take care of their formalities in BNE.

In any case, nothing beats the work done by true airline employees rather than procured staff, even if the procured staff are from another airline.
