Hi all, I thought rather than confuse threads, I would start this one which is actually the event. THe following photos taken from my Canon EOS DSLR with a 300mm lens... A taste of what is to come!

For anyone that went today, are they really strict with Aviation related ID checking for folks paying $55?
 
I'll be there tomorrow (5am flight from Brisbane, I really should be in bed, got to be up at 02:30). Can't wait, camera is all packed and ready.
 
And I'll be there on Thursday and Friday morning.

Any social events organised yet? Have just got internet access after nearly a week off line.

Yes they normally are. but then I am not sure what the criteria is these days as i have a media pass :cool:
