Hi anyone had experience applying for China visa in Seoul?
(Not going to Shenzen area)

Only in Seoul for 2 days

There doesn't seem to be a lot of information out there :(

Sometimes the China visa issuing service requires you to be a permanent resident if you are going to apply outside your country of citizenship. I'm not sure if that restriction applies to Korea or not.

If it does apply, you could construct your itinerary so China becomes a transit and depending which city you need to visit, you'd get either 72 or 144 hours without needing a visa.

Not sure about Seoul but you do need to demonstrate residency at the country of application. This was the case in the US when I tried.

2 days will be rushing it

Typical service is 4 days (in HKG), not sure if Seoul has the rush service available which can bring it down to 2 days (inclusive of day of submission)
