Go to the Clipsal 500 every year.
It is interesting driving to work each day around this time of year, observing the track and facilities coming together.

I'm looking forward to the Bathurst 12HR soon.

I've just finished manually updating my google Motorsport calendar, which is one of my annual new year tasks.

Nascar, V8 Supercars, WRC, Indycar, F1 and DTM all logged. Go Jimmie, Jamie, Jari-Matti, Will, Lewis and Paul (respectively)!

I've just realised why I'm time-poor ...

Pity V8 sold out the telecast this year to Fox, with only a few select races being shown on Ten/one

That said with Ford leaving at the end of 2015, I think the formula has a few turbulent years ahead of it.

Especially with the likes of Australian GT gaining traction (see what i did there?) and having Ch7 showing the full Bathurst 12hr Live. I urge anyone who likes motor racing to get on board, it's a race that will be huge in the world motorsport calendar in the next five years.

Honestly GT racing is much more interesting and comparable to road cars than V8 Supercars these days.
