I wonder if they can do that. If you are tracking and operating your card as you have in the past and no prior notification has been received then something doesn't seem right.
Of course they can; they make (up) the rules, why not put in clauses to allow then to change them at will??!! Do you seriously think they hire the best lawyers in land to draw up T&Cs so airtight (for the benefit of their customers) they cannot change (and enforce) them at drop of a hat?
