Asiana Airlines fastest way to get Diamond Plus status.

I'm now based in Seoul and travel with Asiana Airlines (company mandated).
(this is bugger because I am a Emerald one world)

The main think I am looking for is access to the "1st class" lounges.
I spend a lot of time in the lounges - flights always delayed in and out of PEK.
The Star Alliance business lounges are packed and pretty bad.
I make about 4 flights a week with them - usually discount Business.

Asiana Diamond plus get me access to "next level up" of lounge for class of travel.

I have about 30,000 points with them already, need another 70k.
