From the qantas website, seems like the partnership now excludes Asia:

Network

Fly with Emirates between Australia and codeshare destinations across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.

The combined Qantas and Emirates network provides one of the most comprehensive international networks in the world, offering customers a wide range of travel options with more destination and seamless connections.

Qantas Frequent Flyers can maximise Qantas Points and Status Credit earn* by booking codeshare flights with Qantas (with a 'QF' airline code).

No more QF lounge when flying on EK from HKG

I think this is pretty new, so there's a possibility Emirates hasn't updated their website yet?🤔 (I hope it's a mistake from Qantas though)

The destination table was not included in the past version of this webpage. Here's wayback machine March 2025: Emirates | Qantas AU

Well Emirates in no longer flying between Australia and Asia, so I guess that makes sense.

In terms of codeshares, Changi website still lists all Australia-SIN Qantas flights with EK codeshares and these can be purchased on EK website.

It also still shoes EK flights from SIN to DXB with QF codes, but these don't seem to be able to purchased.

Not sure about other destinations in Asia.

I assume you can still purchase these in conjunction with a QF flight from Australia? E.g. MEL-SIN on QF connecting to SIN-DXB-ATH on EK?

Website still states access to EK lounges in Asia:

Eligible customers can also access Emirates Lounges across Australia, Europe, Asia, North Africa and the Middle East when flying on eligible Qantas or Emirates flights with a QF or EK flight number on your ticket.
