Seem to have double counted LA as an existing and former (albeit as LAN). Also worth noting that despite leaving OW, there's still a reciprocal lounge arrangement (as well as earn/burn points).

Go back just a little and Canadian Airlines would be there under OW (before being gobbled up by AC)...

Going forward by just a few months, MALEV would have been there - albeit short lived... and later Air Berlin and Mexicana...(sadly all gone).

Only two more months before Oman Air is a full OW partner.

At the risk of being burned as a heretic, J rewards 20 years ago would have been earned largely in the air. Today every man and his dog has the points to grab a classic reward from credit cards etc. not hard to see why so many are throwing their points at Classic Plus.
