Of course, stupid Kumara- New Zealand’s equivalent to pumpkin or sweet potato which is just as disgusting makes a double appearance…

Kumara is Sweet Potato.

I quite like it and I wip up roasted Kumara mash from time to time. Quite good for you, with a low GI. Does it have some sort coriander affect on you also?

Edit: mind you, I wasn’t a fan of white sweet potato growing up as a kid….
