As a Qantas club member have always been able to the CHC Manaia Lounge with all JQ ticket types (seat only to max). Even if not listed in the QF eligibility guidelines. The lounge is open, even when no other (evening) departing international flights by other airlines.. ZQN is also a Manaia Lounge.Firstly, this benefit is only available at Qantas-operated lounges. If you’re flying Jetstar from an airport where Qantas uses a third-party lounge, such as Queenstown, Bali or Bangkok, you won’t have any lounge access.

Correct, CHC and ZQN are the exceptions to this rule and even open specially for JQ services. As a Qantas club member have always been able to the CHC Manaia Lounge with all JQ ticket types (seat only to max). Additionally QF Gold and above can use the Blossom Lounge in Changi T4 prior to 3K/JQ services.
The two Manaia lounges have a paper sheet that gets marked off and sent to Qantas with different sections like those accessing for JQ flights or those on QF services (separated with a individual tally of Gold, Plat etc).An old, pre CV19, article, (June 2021)-->
