With Cathay closing their arrivals lounge in Hong Kong , is there any alternatives for brekkie on arrival?
Husband is ducking into Disneyland on a layover but hoping for breakfast first
Flying business on Cathay and is platinum

Assuming he is arriving after the CX lounge closes then there's the Plaza Premium Arrivals Lounge. Access is not granted by cabin flown or airline status but Priority Pass, credit card or cold, hard cash.
