Are there any hacks for Status Credits when flying from Perth to Bali?

Are there any hacks for Status Credits when flying from Perth to Bali? Since we are in Perth, we can't fly direct with Qantas so if we want to take advantage of the Classic Reward flights (and book to fly with Jetstar) we don't get any Status Credits even though we are Points Club (understand that is not allowed and think it is unfair).

So are there any hacks when booking flights on Jetstar that will gain us Status Credits without having to pay the extra tier prices (which is ridiculous for a 3.5 hour flight on a budget airline).

I'm in a similar situation to you, being PER based. Given we were going to pay for checked bags and seat selection anyway, the extra cost of earn SC really wasn't that much. Bonus too is you get some food.

Just have to suck it up if you want to fly direct to DPS from PER.

Unfortunately like us in ADL we are forced to fly one stop flights to get a half decent flight to DPS. It is what it is unfortunately

When I visit Indonesia, I always try to fly jq for perceived safety reasons, but use the price match to a cheaper LCC and this miss out on the 20 or so SCS. But I do wonder if this new offer might make SCS achievable alongside a price match?

Mrs excel has also flown jq on a qf (081) ticket bought through a TA which received qf-level SCs.
