Are all platinum concierges the same?

Hi everyone, this is a bit of a insiders question.

Does anyone have experience with different platinum concierges?

In particular, I am going to Hong Kong and am booking restaurants, 3 and 2 michellin stars. My Citibank concierge can get nothing with the meal.

Previously they got me either appetizers or desserts, some restaurants a bottle of wine.

Is it worth trying the American express platinum concierge to see if they have a different outcome?

Thank you!

Thank you!
I recently used the Amex one. Very impressed with the ability to book what i wanted exactly when I wanted. I'm pretty sure there would be no way I would have been able to get a table if I had called myself.
I too would be very interested in knowing what other's experiences are with various concierges.

The great thing about the Amex one is that you can put in your request online, never having to speak to an actual person on the phone.
Gotta see now if the ANZ black one can come close.

edit: i think i read somewhere that amex doesn't have a local concierge service in HK anymore - happy to be proven wrong.

These cards are a lot more common in HK, so I suspect less likely to get benefits
