Aquire 10K bonus for using a new partner and double flight points

I'm assuming once people have to start paying for it it will quietly die and disappear.

Also still down for me.
As I said in the Survey they conducted - I don't take Aquire seriously because Qantas don't. I was referring to the fact that it seems there is no one here who have their points from Regus lounges and Qantas provide no way of getting that feedback. It seems they wish to re-affirm my responses by leaving their website broken for days - how reassuring.
Don't forget us looking for our Secure Carpark (base) points either ... :(

One of the main benefits of this program, that I can see, is being able to transfer points to everyone, not just family members. How about everyone pool their points to my account (I'll pay the annual fee) and then I'll transfer out your portion of the points at the end of the year. Will almost guarantee meeting the 20K limit for us small business owners.

The system is back up now, and they have staff on duty, as someone called my while I was having a massage. Now to call them back.

I had sent them an email prior to Christmas asking when the bonus 10,000 would be issued, as my Staples points arrived after the mass distribution of the bonuses.
Very friendly Aquire staff, but they don't know when the next round of bonuses will be placed in the account.
The usual - it could be up to 8 weeks.

Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Don't see why - we will have around 150,000 points (all from flying) so seems a fair return for $179 (or whatever it is). We will definitely pay the membership next year, but after that possibly not as don't want to be locked into any one program ( have Etihad and Singapore Air on my to do list).

Still waiting for my Secure Parking base points from 4 November. Website says 6 weeks to credit, Secure Parking say 8 weeks. Tomorrow is deadline for 8 weeks.... I'll see how it goes.

I'm going to have to chase up again as I have two more lots of Secure Parking base points that should have posted by now but haven't.

At least I have my 10,000 bonus points from the earlier transaction.

Just looked at my account and still nothing has posted for me either.

Looks like I'll have to chase them up on Monday too....

1/4 accounts has posted the full 20,000 points. 2 accounts don't have anything and one has 10,000. So 3/4 accounts haven't had the original staples order post. This is gonna be a pain in the a*s to sort out.

And one of my staples order didn't get processed and charged until like a math after I placed the order.. Gonna be a lot of phone calls I think....

I got my 10,000 bonus points....still waiting for the Staples points which qualified me for the 10,000...go figure!

Well they have posted...but on the day I purchased....obviously backdated after I contacted Staples as they were not there before! :)

Just got some spam from Staples, which is a shame for them, as I unsubscribed from all their e-mails last October, and got a screen shot of the confirmation and haven't done anything with them since).

No more business for them from me! Currently on hold while the reception-person (who is very nice and helpful!) finds some-one responsible for sending out their spam.

Ah, no-one there can find a phone number for 'marketing'. They are happy to spam people but don't want anyone to get hold of them.

Your time would perhaps be better spent lodging a complaint with ACMA!

Not this time, I allow one stuff up. I put the issue firmly to their customer service person, who at least sounded as though she cared, with the suggestion that responsible companies don't spam their customers, especially when 'unsubscribed' already.

I think the message got through!

ps. It's interesting dealing with customer service people who are good at their jobs. Sympathetic, disarming, letting the customer complain and picking up on the key issues. Only issue with Staples today was that she described my call as feedback. I corrected her, pointing out it was a complaint. Lots of companies do this. I'm sure so they can say "we have a very low level of complaints". If you ever complain, make sure it's lodged as a complaint, not feedback, is my advice.

My second lot of Secure Parking points have posted so I have hoovered across the 10,000 bonus points along with the base points to my QFF account.

Unexpectedly, it also looks like I will hit the 20,000 in flights later this year, and before renewal is due, so will be able snag those too.
