Aquire 10K bonus for using a new partner and double flight points

I have had some double points for flights post :D

Dated yesterday - has anyone else received theirs yet?
 
I signed up to Regus immediately on joining Aquire, but recall (perhaps) reading I needed to use the membership at least once (it comes with free uses) for the points to credit. Have you used the service? I have not and haven't received the points, though could very easily go use an office space for an hour.

Yeah, I dropped into a Regus lounge in NYC in early September.
 
Anyone had any joy with Regus? I have chased them twice and still no contact and no points. While it is very convenient for Qantas to disown responsibility for their 'partners' reporting points - do they understand the bad heart it creates - especially as an 'introduction' to a new program?

I am surprised Red Roo has not offered any comment.

Didn't get any Aquire points from Regus yet and didn't have time to chase it either.
I wish QF could help us with that because Regus doesn't have the best reputation when it comes to customer service.
 
And no points after 3 months.? Best of luck trying to get them. If you do let us all know how please.

I rang them in October, and they sounded helpful. They understood what I was requesting and indicated that they would be able to manually process my request for the sign-up bonus straight away. Still, nothing has come through, so I'll just have to find time to ring again.

Your experience is similar to mine - but I also emailed as well as phoned.

Mr Partner: " hello, I have a great deal for you. Buy something and I'll give you a bunch of QFFer points"

QFFer: "sweet. Here's my money. Oh a thing. That's nice. Now about the points..."

Mine (double points) came through yesterday... no special booking so just 2,600 extra..bonus!

I got quite a few but they are all jumbled up instead of in the date order the relevant flight was taken so it is very hard to easily check if they are all there and correct online. As they have all posted on the same day exporting to excel wont help either.

I have one bonus listed as 0 points :confused: Back when the original pre-registration bonus Aquire points posted I had the same issue but it was fixed after a few days so I will leave it a week before bashing my head against Aquire
 
I'm still waiting for my bonus points from my Staples purchase. It's been a month already. How long are the bonus points taking to come through on average?

My guess is 6-8 weeks from when the base points actually post.
 
Well waited no longer today and emailed Staples re my order back in November....need then for my 10,000 new partner use bonus....apart from that the program is going well for us...have tfd 50,000 back to me and still have 330K in points to use.

Any reply from that email roncrich? I am up to about 6 emails, and still no Staples points.
 
I estimate the bonus points will appear on 1 April, and only those who pay the annual fee will get them.

Cynical or realistic? You decide ;)
