Apple Pay / Google Pay

I was looking at purchasing flights using Apple Pay or Google Pay as the Singapore Airlines states they are available.

Using the SIA mobile app this option isn't available.

Is the feature not available in Australia or am I missing something?

This may only work on the Singapore Location App, as the other sites may (Australia, UK, USA) may have different apps.

This would make sense, as international card fees would be a killer for SIA. Can you use credit card payment on the Aussie SIA app?

Through the App you can use a credit card, and through a browser I have noticed the paypal option appear.

My physical card is currently locked as it was stolen, though I can use Apple / Google Pay.
