Appalling stay at Ibis Styles Canberra

Checkout the cleanliness and upkeep Of the rooms - and this was apparently an upgrade room for our weeklong stay:

I’ve emailed accor Customer care with a complaint.

That’s bad!

Only comment is about the water marks in the bathtub. A place I lived in once had the same… it’s just poor design with a slight depression that pools the water Impossible to get out, even with bleach overnight.

Understood. But I paid for a walk-in shower…

Light scrub with gumption will definitely fix that

Yes. They said they were full.

I might add i’m a gold member and Accor plus explorer member.

Accor and handing it. If they don’t do the right thing I can always try a chargeback
