I am looking at a Done fare, and saw this link RTW Fares Finder from Seychelles (SEZ)
wondering what im missing?

What you are missing is that no oneworld airline flies into the Seychelles, thus you can't ticket it.
It is a hangover from when someone used to fly there (pre-2000)

Qatar (future member) has also dropped its flights to Seychells

No OW airline currently flies there... certainly seems attractive though

As above, if the price is pre-2000, even if a OW airline did come back I think the price might rise considerably
