They look like a dark blue credit card. On the front is the full words ANZ RTA Card, and space for your details on the back.

You can also log into ANZ rewards online, to add your details.

Did you do this using the auto-redemption page for Velocity Points? If so, hooray, that's what I've just done. Although on the phone to the rewards people, they were not away of the bonus points and if you sign up with anz.com directly, without the link at the start of this page, it doesn't actually say 60,000 bonus points.

Earn rates for Velocity are quite ordinary. Sure no overseas card fees but at the cost of points. Nothing is ever free.

I have Black Rewards and Black Qantas and am just waiting for my card to be delivered. According to terms these cards don't exclude you from applying.

ANZ knocked back a mate due to his complicated Polish name being a bit different on his income statement, than the cc and pp (same spelling). Other cc apps were OK.

I suggested he changed spelling on income statement. Any suggestions on easiest way to bring the names into consistency please?

Cancelled my application today. Too hard for what it is worth. I have an income many times the required $35000, not an ANZ customer, veda score 890, two credit cards with no applications in past five years, no bad credit, supplied ATO assessments for two years showing my income but it seemed to hard to explain that I didn't have a current assessment as I was not required to lodge 2016 tax until next year. They had trouble locating my address as it is not in a city and the road does not appear on their map. Didn't think the card was worth the effort. My daughter just scraped the income threshold, has a loan (small), a credit card with another bank, sent in two payslips - no worries. Have screenshots showing she should get the 60,000 points so will see what happens there.

Just applied- no auto approval for me (unlike Citi and NAB) despite me cancelling my ANZ black card with 3 x the limit last week.

I'm pretty sure you don't: you transfer them to velocity via ANZ rewards- from memory set it up on the website as a regular transfer (and cancel when you want) for a bonus 5%

I rang around ANZ being transferred hither and tither many times, and finally found someone to add my VA number. The dept is called, 'The Rewards Centre', on 1300 887 820 - sounds bleedin' obvious except no one knew. I didn't ask the other q's mentioned here. If anyone gets any answers, plse post here.

I applied for this card when the bonus points were only 40k not 60k but still happy with some points. I had called up rewards dept and added velocity member number a few weeks back but just got a call on Friday from ANZ asking for the Velocity number so they could transfer the 40k points to me so hopefully i should have some points by Monday.

I applied for this card when the bonus points were only 40k not 60k but still happy with some points. I also applied under the 40K bonus, unfortunately.
I put in my velocity info using the ANZ rewards website, and was able to transfer some points into velocity. Got some bonus (?15%) with the transfer too.
Did not opt for the auto transfer.
A couple of days ago, the 40K bonus appeared on the velocity account. (but no extra bonus)

Just saw the sign up bonus of 40k points appear in my Velocity account. All I did was put in my Velocity number in the ANZ Rewards website. I did not bother ringing them up at any time. Glad to know the system works.
