ANZ AMEX card for travel insurance

Can anyone advise what level of travel insurance, if any is offered with a Platinum ANZ AMEX card for and how it compares to other card based travel insurance?

Has anybody used this for their cover before?

I've got the ANZ Amex and Visa Platinum cards combo. I've got a 4 month overseas trip to Europe coming up. I used to always just go through worldnomads.com
