This looks like a great deal - ANZ are offering $0 annual fee for the first year on all of their rewards cards and Qantas cards.

Rewards cards get 50,000 bonus points of first eligible spend and Qantas cards get 50,000 bonus QFF point on $1,500 spend within 3 months of approval.

This includes Platinum and Black cards.

This is a great offer to look at - the ANZ rewards Platinum card has a great earn rate of 3 points per dollar on AMEX...in terms of a $100 voucher value, you only need to spend $6660 - very competitive!
